A wet 4th. was had at Phillips this year, I showed up on the afternoon of the fourth just before the parade was due to start. I had not seen Dave or Kim in quite a few years and it was refreshing to get to talk to them face to face instead of on the phone or emails.

The crowd was milling about pretty good while I was there despite the light rain falling.
